General tab on Glazing Templates Dialog.
Enter the name, category and region for this glazing template.
Enter the region as 'General' if you want the data to be generally available (i.e. not restricted to a particular region). Glazing templates with category '<System>' have their data set up at the time a file is created or when the Legislative region is changed.
