Station Search
The Station search tool allows you to list all stations included with Climate Analytics and to filter the list based on a search term you enter.
To access the station list click on the Stations menu item:
When you click on this menu item Climate Analytics overlays the map with a list of the stations. Each station includes the following data:

Station name - the name of the station

Province - e.g. state, region or county

Country
-
Latitude
-
Longitude
-
WMO - station number
-
Design data - Includes station elevation, data quality information such as number of years of design year data included, max and min temperatures.

Link - click on the link to close the station list and navigate to the station on the map. The selected station is highlighted with a pink outline as shown the in the screenshot below.
Filtering the List
To search for a station, type the name of the location or region in the search bar. In the example shown below, we are searching for all stations with "New York" in the data.
The station list tool searches all columns in the data when filtering.
To ensure that the filter uses the specific text you type in the search bar you can enclose the text with quote characters. For example, if you type "South Korea" enclosed in quotes, only stations with the text "South Korea" in one of the columns are displayed:
On the other hand, if you type in "South Korea", but this time without the quotes, the search results include all stations with both "South" and "Korea" in one of the columns. This results in some stations in North Korea with "South" in the Provence name being included:
