Something peculiar is happening with simulations of daylight

Hello, something peculiar is happening to us with simulations of daylightingt, for example, we simulate a first floor plan it gives specific results of lux and contours, but when we re-simulate this same floor (without making changes), the results vary not only the lux but also the contours. It seem as if the program simulate varying different days or months. Someone knows why this can happen?

This could be due to the fact that Radiance works using a statistical Monte Carlo approach and this means that you will not get exactly the same results if you repeat a calculation using exactly the same model and options.

You can reduce this effect by using higher detail settings but you cannot completely eliminate it. Maybe you should change the detail template.
