Bypass schedule depending on outdoor temperature

I would like to bypass my heat recovery unit depending on the outdoor temperaturre.
Is it possible to define a schedule on this purpose (for example, bypass my heat exchanger when the outdoor temperature is between 18 and 30°C) ?
For information, I operate with complete outside air (no air recycling).
