Location Templates - Winter Design Weather

Winter design weather tab on Location Templates Dialog.

The weather data used in winter design calculations is:

• Minimum outside dry-bulb temperature
• Co-incident wind speed and direction.

There are options for 99.6 or 99% confidence (i.e. 0.4 or 1% chance of more extreme winter weather occurring).
