When you create a new CFD analysis, all of the model geometry and boundary conditions at that point are stored for that analysis and will always be used for simulations regardless of any subsequent changes to the model. So if you do make any further changes to the model they will not be taken into account in the simulations until you create a new analysis. So after you have made a change to the model that you wish to be included in subsequent simulations you must create a new CFD analysis.
