The Insights website can be accessed through any web browser by pointing it to the DesignBuilder Analytics portal at:
You do not need to purchase a separate license to access the Insights website. However, you do need to register with an email address and password before being able to sign in.
If you have not done so already, the first step is to create an account on the Analytics platform by registering your user name, email address, password and your activation code. From the home page, analytics.designbuilder.co.uk, click on the large green button to register:
This takes you to the Registration page where you can enter your user name, email address and password. If you already have a Climate Analytics licence, you can check the checkbox and enter it in the text box below:
You must sign in before being able to access the Insights web page. Enter the same email address and password that you used when registering.
If you have forgotten your password click on the Forgot Password link to receive a reset email with a link and instructions.
After successfully signing in you will see the Analytics opening page click. Now click on the "Insights" button to access the Insights web app.
