Support Minutes

DesignBuilder support is provided through our web-based Support Desk. New licenses come with support included* which will be enough for most purposes, however additional Support Minutes can be purchased here to cover cases where more extensive support is required. A typical support incident might use 20 minutes in which case a 60 minute contract would cover 3 incidents.

* Each software licence order includes 60 minutes of our engineers' support time per user, up to a maximum of 300 minutes per order.
