DesignBuilder support is provided through our web based Support Desk. New licenses come with limited free support* and additional support contracts can be purchased as minutes of our engineers' time.
A typical support incident might use 20 minutes in which case a 60 minute contract would cover 3 incidents.
*Free support allocation of 60 minutes is included with each user license purchased up to a maximum of 300 free minutes per order.
