You can get support for DesignBuilder software products in a variety of ways - please check out the tutorials and knowledgebase before sending us a support request, you may well get your answer more quickly that way.

- Video Tutorials teach you how to set up DesignBuilder models, prepare and run simulations and interpret results.
The web version of the DesignBuilder Program Help has detailed information about program use. Help for earlier versions can be found on the Support->Help menu. The same infomation is also available as a printable pdf document from the Downloads > Documents web page.
Please check the Knowledgebase for answers to common questions such as modelling capabilities, hardware requirements, graphics cards and installation issues.
If you are running an evaluation version of DesignBuilder and have issues that need to be resolved before you purchase the product you can use the Support Desk.
Note that free support for licenced users is generally limited to 4 incidents and 60 minutes of engineers support time and support beyond this may incur an extra charge. You can order extra support minutes from the main purchasing page.
You may experience problems emailing or uploading large files (> 10Mb) to the support desk - if this occurs please use Dropbox or a similar file upload service and send us a link to your data file.
